Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Building Services Manager to be working onsite in Limerick, Ireland for a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers high quality services. The company is currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate building services systems into overall project designs.
Assess and approve building services designs, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Evaluate installation plans and specifications to ensure that the project is delivered according to the client’s needs.
Guide the design team on the coordination of services within the overall building design.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets for building service activities in coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to managers and clients.
Guiding the clients on how the building services will operate once the building is complete.
Establish and implement quality assurance process and procedures for building services installations and commissioning activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Degree in Building Services /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
7 years’ experience in thesame role.
Proven leadership and managerial skills.
Technically minded and have good team working skills.
Excellent IT Skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask.
